"Computer Revolution Africa was first runners up in the Enterprise Partner of the year category where Menshen of Angola topped for providing customers with critical and cutting edge solutions based on Microsoft technology Platform and developing solutions that build and expand upon system foundations."

First Computers Company won in the mid-market partner of the year category in which the companies provide customers with critical infrastructure that offer desk top products and business applications based on Microsoft technology platform. Computer Centre of Tanzania and Bytes & Pieces Mozambique were first and second runners up respectively.
Coretec took the Dynamics Partner of the year award recognised for provision of local, personalized service—from planning and implementation, to customisation, to ongoing support and education. Akili Africa was first runners -up while PSU International of Botswana was second runners -up.
It was a clean sweep for Kenyan companies in the Developer Partner of the year award as Virtual city won for investing time and skill building software solutions built on Microsoft platform using Visual Studio, Biztalk, SharePoint and other Microsoft web solutions. Quantum was 1st runners up as Akili Africa took the second runners -up spot.

Kenyan companies also swept the top positions in the Solutions Partner of the year-Unified Communication category as Sight and Sound topped for demonstrating expertise in planning, deploying and managing solutions for Unified Communications technologies, including Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft Office Communications Server. These Partners have been pioneering and advocating these solutions and have invested in technical and sales resources to provide customers with a quality Unified Communications experience. Dimension Data Solutions and Bytech were first and second runners up respectively.

In the Solutions Partner of the year –collaboration category Computer Revolution Africa took top honours for tapping opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell across several different Microsoft technologies, showing tremendous drive, foresight and willingness to invest in readiness of their people to deliver collaboration solutions. MS synergies was first runners up.

Computer Pride won the learning solutions partner of the year award for breaking new grounds in technology training. Technobrain was first runners up. Computer Revolution Africa won the General Manager’s Award for Revenue achievement and Year-on-Year growth, skills growth and operational excellence.

In other categories, Vega Software was second runners up in the Small Business Partner of the Year category won by Ideal Computers of Tanzania for promoting and supporting small-business solutions and investing in acquiring and retaining world class resources for both sales and technical assistance of customers.

BCX of Namibia was second runners up. Impact Distributors of Namibia won in the Distribution Partner of the Year category for showing exceptional knowledge of Microsoft technologies in guiding partners make the right choice on technology platform and licensing type. They have also shown diligence in their day to day operations and have been providing timely and accurate forecasting month on month. Comztek EA of Kenya and Reddot of Tanzania were first and second runners up respectively.

In a newly introduced category, Rock Global of Rwanda won the Rookie Partner of the Year award for their passion for technology and the drive to grow their portfolio of offerings and even leading the way of capabilities new in the region. Syntex of Namibia and Power Computers of Tanzania were first and second runners up respectively.

Akili Africa was first runner up in the Solutions Partner of the Year – Business Intelligence category for showcasing skills in designing, deploying and customising business-intelligence offerings by attaining the Microsoft Business Intelligence competency and helping customers with tools to drive results in all stages of their business cycle. PSU International of Botswana won in this category.

Hi Perfomance Systems of Botswana won in the Solutions Partner of the Year – Enterprise Management Solutions category for demonstrating a deep understanding of customers’ infrastructure management pains and coming up with solutions to simplify the often complex management of Business critical systems and desktops. Computer Revolution Uganda and Kolari IMC of Botswana were first and second runners up respectively.

BCX Namibia emerged winner in the Solutions Partner of the Year – Security Solutions category for investing in growing both technical and sales capabilities, to provide customers with Microsoft Security Portfolio. Systems & Information Technology of Botswana was first runners up.
