Ethical Conduct

We win contracts on merit.
We pay no personal commissions.

It applies to every employee, partner and supplier, without exception.

In 24 years working in Angola, we have built lasting relationships with public and private sector clients, because trust is earned through the quality of the work and the commitments we keep.

We have never offered or accepted improper inducements to win or keep business. We have not done so in the past and we will not do so in the future.

Our commitment

How we apply these principles

Our conduct translates into clear guidance, applying to every commercial relationship Menshen has.

  1. 01

    Transparent commercial relationships

We do not offer payments, favours or other improper inducements to influence purchasing, contracting or award decisions.

  2. 02

    Conduct of our people

Our people do not solicit or accept payments, disproportionate gifts or favours that could influence, or appear to influence, professional decisions.

  3. 03

    Costs that reflect the work

The amount we quote reflects the work we perform. We do not inflate costs to fund side-commissions, nor include charges we cannot account for.

Decisions consistent with our principles

When an award depends on an improper payment, we withdraw from the process.

We would rather forgo the opportunity than compromise the principles that guide our work.
