Menshen – Consultoria, Formação e Sistemas de Redes, Lda. ("Menshen"), with registered offices at Rua Ndunduma, No. 155, 1st floor E, Miramar, Luanda, Angola, is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data collected through this website.

2. Legal framework

The processing of personal data by Menshen is governed by Angolan Law no. 22/11 of 17 June (Personal Data Protection Law) and Law no. 23/11 of 20 June (Electronic Communications and Information Society Services Law), under the supervision of the Data Protection Agency (APD).

3. Data collected and purposes

This website collects only the data you provide voluntarily through its forms, plus the technical data described below.

• Contact form: name, email, message and, if you provide them, organisation and phone number. Purpose: responding to your enquiry.
• Microsoft 365 assessment forms: name, job title, work email, organisation, location, phone (optional) and your answers to the technical questionnaire. Purpose: preparing the requested assessment and the follow-up contact, which you expressly authorise when submitting the form.
• Proposal request form: name, work email, organisation, phone (optional) and the parameters of the service you need, together with the origin of your visit (campaign parameters present in the page address). Purpose: preparing and presenting the proposal.
• Technical data: the source IP address accompanies each form submission, for security and abuse prevention. The hosting infrastructure records traffic data and, with your consent, the website uses Google Analytics for usage statistics (see the Cookie Policy).

4. Voluntary nature of the data

Providing data is voluntary. Without the minimum data of each form (name and email), Menshen cannot respond to the request. Optional fields are identified as such.

5. How your data is processed and where it is kept

This website does not store personal data in databases of its own. Form submissions are delivered by email, over an encrypted connection, to the Menshen mailbox ([email protected]), hosted on Microsoft 365 and subject to the organisation’s internal access rules.

To operate the website, Menshen relies on service providers that may process data on its behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of the website and forms), Microsoft (email) and Google (usage statistics and the map embedded on the contact page). These providers may process data outside Angola, under their own privacy policies and security measures.

6. Retention period

Messages and requests received are kept only for the period required by the purpose that motivated their collection, by the history of the business relationship and by compliance with legal obligations.

7. Disclosure to third parties

Menshen does not sell, rent or hand over personal data to third parties. Data is accessible only to the Menshen team and to the providers listed above, to the extent necessary to operate the website.

8. Your rights as data subject

Under Law no. 22/11, you have the right to access your data, to rectify or update it, to request its deletion and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Agency (apd.ao).

9. Security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS, with encryption in transit. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited at the source, and access to the mailbox that receives them is restricted to the Menshen team.

Menshen may update this policy when the website or the law so requires. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
